Ciao, Ciao, Tutti…..and Happy Autumn!
The weather is holding steady for the next few days, keeping the grapes happy while extending our heirloom tomato season….yay! The grape growers are happy and we get to enjoy just one more caprese.….perfetto!
As the fall harvest approaches and the weather begins to change, its a good time to finish old business and create new….and celebrate the change.……Giovanni has already begun to shift the menu for early fall……
We’ve also done our part in celebration of the astronomical magic surrounding even hours of daylight and darkness by getting our cooking classes back in gear. We’re creating a great ‘touring’ schedule, so I will keep you posted….
We’ve also set dates for our Spring 2012 Italy Tour, but first, the cooking class details:
